Dr. Wang teaches in various formats throughout the year, both online and in person, via classes, workshops, courses, and retreats.
The curriculum transmitted is called Daology (in Chinese, Dào Dé Gōng Fǎ 道德功法 or “Gong Fa” for short), which is an alchemical system to encourage both personal transformation and relational intelligence. It is integrated by Dr. Wang based on the essence of martial, medical, and mystical lineages, concepts, and practices. Daology is also cultivated via practices such as calligraphy, Guqin, woodcarving, tea (collectively, “Dao Arts”).
Daology has inner and outer aspects that can be applied to your daily life:
Internal cultivation (Nei Gong Fa 內功法) hones your intention, emotion, action (Yi Qi Li 意氣力) via individual training in standing, sitting, sleeping, striding states.
External cultivation (Wai Gong Fa 外功法) tones your muscle, tendon, bone (Rou Jin Gu 肉筋骨) via partner training in linear, circular, spiral, global flows.
